Our apparel is decorated using the direct-to-garment (DTG) method with industry-leading equipment that employs water-based, eco-friendly inks. These inks are biodegradable, non-hazardous, and free of heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them safe and soft for your skin. They are Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 – Class I accredited, ECO PASSPORT certified, Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified, and compliant with the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists.
Quality Control:
To ensure the highest quality, the manufacturer employs a self-developed 4-stage, Multi-Check Quality Control process, reducing product defect rates to less than 0.003%. Visual Management tools are used to inspect items through all stages of production.
Packaging:
Items are shipped in self-sealing poly bags for excellent protection during shipping. Cardboard boxes are used for multi-product shipments, accommodating different product categories. Shipping materials are designed to be lightweight to minimize shipping costs for our customers.
