Our shipping policy ensures that your order is processed and delivered to you in a timely manner. We strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification when it has shipped.
Please note that due to the current pandemic, there may be delays in shipping that are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We offer flat shipping rates for orders within Canada and the USA. The shipping rates are based on the value of your order before taxes and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup
If you prefer to skip the shipping fees, you can choose free local pickup at our designated locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
In-store pickup is available seven days a week. Please check the hours of operation for the location you selected, as they may vary and could change. Remember to bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your items.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are placing an international order, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Science & Nature Co. is not responsible for them.
Checking the status of your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days (in Canada) or 14 days (in the USA) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer support team with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to addresses with P.O. boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
