This Metro Vancouver burnt wooden art piece was custom designed and handcrafted using a sustainable species of pine lumber that’s grown in America. Each piece of natural, untreated pine wood was handled through a unique burnt wood process. Each piece of wood was milled, ripped sanded and joined by skilled craftsmen. Four different environmentally safe waterborne sealers and color painting coatings were used on every piece.
Every piece of art created is unique based on the wood grain profile and the light/dark contrast from the burning process.
